At Adventist University of Health Sciences (ADU), our primary customers are students, faculty, and staff. Our partners are physicians, allied health clinicians and other employees of Florida Hospital.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Student Worker - General Office provides clerical support to academic and clinical departments. Performs general clerical duties including, but not limited to, reception, answering phones, picking up and delivery of mail, making copies, scanning documents, filing, data entry, typing documents, organizing department supplies, inventory, assembling packets, creating marketing flyers and other projects as assigned. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Answers phone, greets visitors and answers basic visitor questions
Picks up, delivers department mail
Makes copies, performs scanning using “OnBase” scanning software
Makes appointments in Outlook
Performs data entry, files and types documents
Runs errands
Organizes and keeps inventory of department supplies
Assembles packets
Creates Marketing Flyers
Other projects as assigned
