Education- Prefer a Bachelor's in Computer Science and at least an Associate's degree in Computer Science.
Experience- At least four years of experience in Desk Top Support or Desk Top Help Desks experience. Experience with personal computers and software applications. Ability to learn systems with little or no documentation. Continuous learning of new systems, business processes, and concepts are a must.
At least one year of Network Experience as it pertains to Device Connectivity and Network/PC trouble shooting. Technical skills and competencies- A+ and MCP Certification is required; Experience may be substituted for certification where appropriate.
